The hotel is conveniently located near Gate No 3, making it perfect for those visiting Sai Mandir with VIP tickets. There are also good restaurants nearby, and the hotel is tucked away from the busy main road, ensuring a peaceful stay. The service staff was attentive and provided excellent service.

The hotel offers a great value for money with its convenient location close to the temple and a few good amenities. They provide a reliable 24/7 room service and free Wi-Fi available throughout the property. The room we stayed in had a decent view of the city and the communication with the staff was mostly satisfactory. One advantage we enjoyed was the free parking space.
Although the hotel has its advantages, there are some things that could be improved, such as basic housekeeping and room maintenance. The bathroom had a faulty bathtub tap, resulting in low water pressure.

Our weekend stay was marred by the hotel's dishonesty. Despite having a confirmed reservation, we were denied a room and treated rudely.

The location of the hotel is perfect, being very near to the main temple. It took me only a 7-minute walk to reach the holy temple. Also, the staff was very kind and courteous towards me during my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and it's evident that they take cleaning seriously.
